Private Firefly Eco-Tours

The Kellettville Firefly Farm just happens to have ideal habitats for several species of fireflies. The owners now manage the property as a Firefly Sanctuary. The firefly season is typically mid June through early July if conditions are ideal. Lodging at the farm is available and private Firefly Eco-Tours are included for guests of the KFF during firefly season at a special rate. The 2026 Season limited dates are available for booking now. Please submit a request using this Google Form to book your June 2026 Lodging & Firefly Eco-Tour.
For just a Private Tour with no lodging included please submit a request for a tour date using this Google link. Dates are still available for 2026 and this is a first-come offer. Payment must be received in advance to secure your booking.
10% of tour fees are shared with the PA Firefly Festival organization.

Firefly hunters, young and old, come from all over the world to witness one of nature's most spectacular mating displays. The Tionesta Creek has been identified as one of the few places in the world that has "Synchronous" fireflies among a variety of other unique and equally fascinating species. Plans for the 2026 PA Firefly Festival is now underway. To learn more about the PA Firefly Festival visit pafireflyevents.org
